Our Graduate Programme

Our programme offers a structured and supportive route to becoming a Chartered Accountant, while gaining broad, hands-on experience across the firm.

At Finegan Gibson, graduates undertake a 3½-year professional training contract, combining exam study with practical client work. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, building technical expertise while developing the commercial awareness and confidence needed for long-term success.

Study & Professional Training

• Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) professional examinations
• Paid study leave and full exam support
